Sale-a-Bration 2017 2nd Release

Hi,
Today is the day.  I hope you remembered to check the new free Sale-a-Bration products available until 31st March, 2017.

I've just placed my order for a tad over $90 which included the Window Shopping Clear Mount Bundle, and have chosen the new Glimmer Assortment pack as my free product.

I just love the colours - Bermuda Bay, Mint Macaron and Sweet Sugarplum.   The pack comes in 12 sheets of 6" x 6" (15.2cm x 15.2cm)-4 each of the 3 colours that co-ordinate so well with these Occasions Catalogue items - Cupcakes & Carousels (p8-9), Succulent Garden (p20-21) and Falling in Love (p50-52).

My wish list is getting shorter thank goodness... but so is my bank balance :-)

It doesn't take long for you to click the My Shop link at the top of the page to view all the great Occasions and Sale-a-Bration items and shop with me 24/7.  What are you waiting for?

Bye for now,
Robyn

February Forgotten Friday

Hello and welcome to my first "Forgotten Friday" post.

This month I'm showcasing a retired stampset that's been sitting on my shelf since 2010 I think.  It's called "Upsy Daisy" and includes 3 sentiments.   I love the simplicity of this set.

I opted for Very Vanilla and Perfect Plum cardstock, silver glimmer paper (current products) and Blackberry Bliss ribbon (retired).  The flowers and sentiment are stamped with Perfect Plum. The sentiment is part of the One Big Meaning stampset, and is punched with the Extra Large scallop oval punch. Three rhinestones add the finishing touch.

Current Product List

One Big Meaning Wood-Mount Stamp Set [138788] $47.00	Perfect Plum Classic Stampin' Pad [126963] $11.50	Perfect Plum A4 Card Stock [108615] $14.00	Whisper White A4 Card Stock [106549] $15.75
Silver Glimmer Paper [135314] $8.75	Rhinestone Basic Jewels Embellishments [119246] $8.75	Stampin' Dimensionals [104430] $6.00	Bitty Butterfly Punch [129406] $28.00

Retired Product List

Scallop Oval Punch [119856] $31.00

Blackberry Bliss 3/8" Satin Stitched Ribbon [133668] $15.95

Upsy Daisy

[111710]

I hope you like my card, which I cased from an early catalogue.  By the way, I didn't deliberately choose the same colours as the heading photo lol.

If you have this stampset, and haven't used it for a while, I hope I've inspired you to drag it out and use it again.  I'm sure there are several creations on pinterest if you want some more inspiration.

Remember to pop in on 10th March for my next Forgotten Friday creation.  Have a good week.

Bye for now,

Robyn

Forgotten Fridays

Hi.

Last Thursday, I mentioned I will be starting a regular post to showcase some current 'forgotten' products or retired products.  At the time, I couldn't think of a catchy name.  Well, in the middle of last night a name came to me!  How does Forgotten Friday sound?  I think it's ok.

What's it all about?
If you're anything like me, you have lots of Stampin' Up! products that you haven't used for ages. Or you might have some favourites that have retired and just can't part with because you still love to use them.  Well, this is for you.  Some ideas and inspiration (hopefully) to brush the dust of those old favourites.

When will Forgotten Friday start?
At this stage, Forgotten Friday will be the second Friday of each month.  I hope you'll pop back on Friday 10th February to check it out.

In the meantime, remember Sale-A-Bration is still running with lots of great products in the Occasions catalogue and freebies if you spend A$90.  Here's the link to my online shop.

Bye for now.

Sale-A-Bration 2017

Hello,

Sale-a-Bration has been running for just over 3 weeks now.  I hope you've had a chance to look at the Occasions catalogue and added lots of things to your wish list.

To help you, here's a quick look at some of the fabulous items that caught my eye.  They are available until 31st May, 2017

Remember, if you live in Australia, for every $90 you spend between 4th January and 31st March, you are entitled to select a free gift from our Sale-A-Bration catalogue.  I already have the Card Tin, and am waiting for my next freebies to be delivered.  Check out some of the items available to you.

If there's something you like, why not go to my shop to read more about Sale-A-Bration. You'll be able to place your order with me and have it sent directly to you.  Why wait?  If you'd prefer to receive our catalogues email me and I'll send them to you,

Happy shopping.

Happy Birthday - Butterfly Basics

Hello again, and Happy Australia Day.

While tidying my craft area in preparation for the delivery my Sale-A-Bration order, I came across a few sheets of 2013-15 In Colour card stock and matching embellishments.  So, I thought rather than have it sit hidden for another 12 months, I should use it now.

Here are the cards I made using the Butterfly Basics and the retired Happy Birthday, Everyone stamp sets.  I think I went a bit overboard with the ferns on a couple of them, but overall I'm happy with the look. The idea for these cards from a blog I follow - www.scrappingandstampiningj.blogspot.com

Product List

Butterfly Basics Photopolymer Stamp Set [137154] $42.00	Happy Birthday, Everyone Clear-Mount Stamp Set [139958] $14.00	Early Espresso Classic Stampin' Pad [126974] $11.50	Coastal Cabana Classic Stampin' Pad [131175] $9.95
Crisp Cantaloupe Classic Stampin' Pad [131176] $9.95	Pistachio Pudding Classic Stampin' Pad [131177] $9.95	Strawberry Slush Classic Stampin' Pad [131178] $9.95	Card Stock A4 Coastal Cabana [131302] $11.95
Card Stock A4 Crisp Cantaloupe [131303] $11.95	Card Stock A4 Pistachio Pudding [131299] $11.95	Card Stock A4 Strawberry Slush [131300] $11.95	Whisper White A4 Card Stock [106549] $15.75
2013-2015 In Color Sequin Assortment [133631] $8.95	Fine-Tip Glue Pen [138309] $12.00

I love the size of the Happy Birthday sentiment.  Using this stamp, and the retired paper got me thinking that there must be a lot of crafters who, like me use new stamps and papers and forget about older favourites or retired stamp sets.

Watch this space, because once a month I'll endeavour to showcase some current forgotten or retired products.  I just need a catchy phrase.  If you think of something, feel free to suggest it.

In the meantime, have a good week.

Bye for now,

Robyn
