2018 Holiday Catalogue

Hello,
Yesterday was officially the 2018 Holiday Catalogue Launch.

Here's some pics of some of the great projects that you can make from suites that will be available until 2nd January 2019.

There's also a fabulous new tool being launched called TAKE YOUR PICK.

It's a multipurpose pickup and precision tool.  It combines a twist putty tip that easily picks up sequins, and other small objects, 2 changeable double ended tips with a paper piercer, mini spatula, small stylus and large stylus. Putty refills are sold separately.    I love mine, it's only 16.5cm (6.5") long...a great size to take with you wherever you craft.

Christmas Cards - Tropical Chic

Last Friday I held my August class where we used the Tropical Chic bundle to make 3 Christmas cards. 
My plan was to show how versatile our stamps are. The 3 cards were inspired by Sharon Cottingham, Sara Levin and the  InkBig Academy Stamps Design Team.

Bonus Days are here again

Now, did you sing the name of the post to the old "Happy days are here again" tune?  I did when I typed it 😊

If you don't remember this successful promotion from last year, or you're unfamiliar with it here's the nitty gritty.

As the image says, for every $90 AUD you spend before 31st August, 2018 (before shipping and handling), you earn a $9 AUD Bonus Days coupon that you can use between 1st and 30th September 2018.  This is a great opportunity to cross off some items from your Wish List, and save some $ on your September purchases by using your coupons. 

The launch of the 2018 Holiday Catalogue on 5th September is perfect timing to use your coupons. I've had a look at it and there are some great products.

Important points you need to know:

• An email address is required to participate; because Bonus Days coupon codes can only be delivered by email.  

• If you earn multiple codes from a single order,  you will receive one email with multiple codes.  If you earn multiple codes from multiple orders, you will receive separate emails for each code earned.

• All order types (with the exception of Starter Kits) qualify for this promotion. 

• There is no limit to the number of coupon codes you can earn per order or throughout the duration of the Bonus Days earning period.

60th Birthday Card

Hello,

One of my dear friends turned 60 on 8th July.  I struggled trying to find a colour to match the Designer Series Paper in her favourite colour - purple, so I decided to use the returning Blackberry Bliss.

I wanted to make something a little different, so opted for the words sixty, rather than numbers.  I'm reasonably happy with the finished card.  The inspiration for my card came from Fiona Bradley.

If you'd like to make this card, here's what you'll need.  The Falling Petals Embossing Folder has retired, but I think this card would work with any embossing folder you prefer.
